Our response to the NHS Online Trust Consultation

Consultations are an important part of the decision-making process, helping the NHS understand the needs, experiences and priorities of the people who use services before changes are made. As the independent champion for people using health and social care services in Worcestershire, Healthwatch Worcestershire submitted an informed response based on the evidence, insight and feedback we have gathered from local people through our ongoing engagement, research, and advice and information work.
