How do patients access NHS information?

Worcestershire patients tell us how they find and trust NHS information, and what helps or hinders them choosing the right service.

Most respondents felt confident navigating NHS services, many use the NHS App. However, the survey highlights gaps in some services and lower access for people facing health inequalities.
