Engagement Officer

• 12 month fixed contract initially
• Full time position, however part time would be considered for the right candidate.
• FTE £28,050 per annum, full time hours are 36.5 hours per week
• Hybrid Remote – Ability to attend meetings both at our Pershore office and across Worcestershire.

Healthwatch Worcestershire is the independent voice for people using health and social care services. We listen to local experiences, share insights with decision-makers, and help improve services across the county. We are looking for an Engagement Officer with a passion for making a difference to health and social care and a flair for engaging with people across a wide range of communities.

We are looking for someone who has:

• An ability to connect with people and able to empathise with their point of view.
• Happy to use digital channels as a way of engaging with people, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn
• Clear written and verbal communications skills
• Good organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence as attending meetings/events around Worcestershire is a must
• Energy, drive and able to manage your own workload as some hours will be worked from home
