Share Your Experience
You are visiting this webpage because you have received a text message from either your GP or Talking Therapies and we want to hear about your experience of Community Mental Health Services. Your input will help those who run these services understand what is working well and where improvements are needed. We will compile your feedback into a report to help enhance mental health support in Worcestershire.
Your Information is Confidential
We respect your privacy. All the information you provide will be kept confidential and anonymous. Your personal details will not be shared, and your responses will be used only to inform our report.
How You Can Get Involved
We want to understand your experience of being referred for mental health support. You can share your thoughts in one of two ways:
· Have a conversation with us by calling 01386 550264 to arrange a time
· Complete our survey - you will find a link to the survey in the text message you received from either your GP or Talking Therapies
What We Want to Know
We are particularly interested in learning about:
· How easy it was to get a referral from your GP
· How long you waited to hear from the referred service
· Your involvement in planning your care
· The information you received about the service
· How useful the support was
· Your suggestions for improving the service
We also want to hear from relatives, carers, or friends who have supported you during this time. Their insights are equally valuable in shaping better services.
Why Your Feedback Matters
Your experiences will help us make meaningful recommendations for improving Community Mental Health services. Our report will highlight key issues and suggest changes to ensure better support for patients and carers in the future.
