Worcester News Article – 7th August 2017

As part of Healthwatch Worcestershire’s focus on Autism, we are keen to talk to people with Autism Spectrum Conditions and their carers about accessing health care services, information, support and getting a diagnosis. We are currently running surveys and visiting groups across Worcestershire to speak to people about their experiences. Alongside this we are asking GP Practices, the Acute Hospitals and the Worcestershire Health and Care Trust about their awareness and the adjustments made by their services for people with an Autism Spectrum Condition.

To complete our on line surveys for people with an Autism Spectrum Condition and Carers or for more information about our work on Autism , please visit our website – www.healthwatchworcestershire.co.uk .We are happy to send paper copies of the survey or organise to come and meet with groups to gather feedback. We will also be creating an Easy Read version of the survey. So please do get in touch.

Worcestershire County Council Public Health Department is currently conducting a pharmaceutical needs assessment (PNA) for the county. The PNA looks at pharmaceutical service needs (current & future) in Worcestershire and identifies potential gaps in service delivery. To help us understand local views on pharmaceutical services, we would be grateful for your help in completing an online survey .The survey normally takes just a few minutes to complete, and responses will be used to develop the PNA. If you wish to take part in the survey, please visit the following website: https://www.snapsurveys.com/wh/s.asp?k=149934455630 or https://tinyurl.com/wccpna2018. The survey will close on Sunday 13th August 2017.
