Why is this a Priority?
In January 2019 the NHS in England published a Long Term Plan setting out how they plan to improve health and social care services over the next ten years.
Healthwatch Worcestershire is working with Healthwatch Herefordshire to gather your views about how to implement the changes locally around the following priorities:
• Local care out of hospital
• Emergency same day care
• Prevention and self-care
• Health inequalities
• Mental Health care for adults
• Mental Health care for children and young people
• Learning Disabilities and Autism
• Specialist services – for major conditions including cancer, dementia and lung and heart disease
You can give us your feedback about all these areas via our online survey
We are organising events in each district during April and May to enable people to share their views about local out of hospital care, emergency care, prevention, health inequalities and specialist services.
