We attended a packed Council Seminar recently of all the key players and leaders in Drug and Alcohol services in the County which was hosted by the Worcestershire Health and Well Being Board. We heard from patients in recovery, professionals on the front line and a passionate presentation from a group of young people on their vision and aspirations to make things better.

We are keen to gather evidence of how these changes, as they are embedded, are impacting on patient experience both positively and negatively.
