The NHS launched its long term plan in January 2019 setting out the vision for the next ten years. Healthwatch Herefordshire and Healthwatch Worcestershire spent time from
March to June 2019 gathering views across both counties on local NHS priorities in the plan to help shape how the local NHS system implements the visions of the plan, to make it a reality for our services. This report will now be used by the NHS across both counties to shape an implementation plan for the next few years, that will determine the planning and delivery of NHS services.
