New Healthwatch Worcestershire Survey: Understanding People's Experiences of Serious and Enduring Mental Illness Care in Worcestershire
Following on from our report last year on people’s experiences of accessing mental health and wellbeing services, we are now carrying out a new piece of work focused on people affected by severe mental illness (SMI). This includes conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and psychosis.
Who do we want to take the survey?
We want to hear from people living with SMI
People caring for someone with SMI
What do we hope to learn?
This is a broad questionnaire asking for people's experiences of health and care services across Worcestershire.
What will we do with the responses?
Analysis of the survey will help us to:
Understand what is working well
Identify any gaps or challenges in getting support
Make sure people’s experiences are heard by decision makers to help shape future services
Your answers will help us to ensure your voice is heard.
