Patients at Woodrow Medical Centre in Redditch will have received a letter letting them know that this surgery will close on 31st December 2018.

Patients are being advised to register with another GP practice.

 You may be asked for documentation by the new practice when you fill out the form to register with them.  If you don’t have this documentation you should still be able to register providing you live within the new GP practice boundary area. If you don’t live within the boundary the practice does not have to register you.

 Redditch and Bromsgrove CCG have put together some Frequently Asked Questions  which you may find useful. You can ask to have these questions translated into another language if you need this.

  • Thursday 11 October from 12 noon to 2pm at Woodrow Library (25 Woodrow Centre, Studley Road, Redditch, B98 7RY)
